ETHIOPIA DJIMMAH

Just from the name, you can tell that this coffee comes from Ethiopia, where coffee has been produced since the 9th century! The largest portion of Djimmah coffee comes from the nearby Illubabor region, with Djimmah coffee accounting for about 50% of all coffee exports from Ethiopia.

This coffee has a bouquet of flavors that combine notes of apricot, honey and flower petals. These flavors create a delicate and harmonious taste that is both sweet and lightly aromatic.
