In the case of a low-quality product, the buyer must inform the e-shop administration about the defects and violations of the product by e-mail to nfo@coffeebean.lt

You can return the product within 14 days.

Goods of unsuitable quality are returned or exchanged in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Government of the Republic of Lithuania, 2014. July 22 by resolution no. 738 of the approved Retail Trade Rules and the provisions of these Rules.

In order to return a quality product, the buyer must return it in its original packaging and pay the costs of delivery and return. The product can be returned if it has not been damaged, has not been used, has not lost its merchandise appearance, and the original packaging has not been damaged.

In any case, the buyer must first contact the e-store administration and only after receiving information from the administration, make a return.
