Hario Mini Slim hand coffee grinder – the easiest way to start grinding coffee at home. The ceramic burrs grind evenly and barely heat up, so the flavour is preserved, and the grind size is adjusted with a nut below the burrs.

If you have been buying pre-ground coffee, this will be the biggest difference you notice in your cup. Ground coffee loses its aroma within 15–20 minutes, while freshly ground coffee smells completely different.

What to expect

This is a hand grinder, so grinding 15–20 g of beans takes about a minute. Grinding for espresso is harder than for filter coffee – if you make espresso every day, consider a larger grinder.

This grinder is great for Ethiopia Djimmah coffee, and you will find more tools in the Coffee brewing collection.
