Huehuetenango is one of the highest-lying regions in Guatemala - the higher coffee grows, the slower the cherry ripens and the more flavour it builds up. That is why this coffee is mellow and rich at the same time: no harsh bitterness, but with clear character.
A versatile everyday coffee that works well with almost any method. Filter methods reveal its nuances most precisely, for example the Hario V60-2 ceramic dripper.
