Demerara - minimally processed cane sugar from Mauritius. Unlike refined white sugar, it retains some of its natural molasses, giving it a golden color and a mild caramel and toffee note.

The crystals are larger and harder than regular sugar, and dissolve more slowly. In coffee, this is even an advantage - the sweetness unfolds gradually, rather than all at once. Just remember to stir.

Convenient 3g sticks: each portion is individually packaged, hygienic and convenient for both table service and takeaway drinks. The 1000 pc. box is intended for cafes, restaurants, hotels, and offices.
