Demerara - minimally processed cane sugar from Mauritius. Unlike refined white sugar, it retains some of its natural molasses, giving it a golden color and a delicate caramel and toffee note.

The crystals are coarser and harder than regular sugar, and dissolve slower. In coffee, this is even an advantage - the sweetness develops gradually, not immediately. Just remember to stir.

Each portion is packed in an individual 3 g stick - clean and convenient for both guests at the table and employees in the office. The 100-piece pack is suitable for smaller cafes or for testing before a larger order.
