“ Cascara” is a well-known word in Spain, and this word is used to refer to coffee berry tea, which is obtained when the berries are naturally dried in the sun, and the beans are removed from the coffee berries. PREPARATION:

Pour 10 g of coffee berries with 200 ml of 92–95 °C water (or wait until the water stops bubbling after boiling) and wait 5–10 minutes. Delicious!
