CASCARA (COFFEE BERRY TEA)

“ Cascara” is a well-known word in Spain, and this word is used to refer to coffee berry tea, which is obtained when the berries are naturally dried in the sun, and the beans are removed from the coffee berries. It is in this tea that you can find a subtle honey-like sweetness that perfectly matches the sourness of the berries. This tea contains  rich in dietary fiber, antioxidants and a small amount of caffeine

PREPARATION:

Pour 10 g of coffee berries with 200 ml of 92–95 °C water (or wait until the water stops bubbling after boiling) and wait 5–10 minutes. Delicious!
