How to prepare matcha:
Using a bamboo spoon, scoop matcha powder into a bowl. We recommend sifting it through a sieve to avoid clumps. Pour 50–70 °C (max. 80 °C) water over it and vigorously whisk with a bamboo whisk in "W" motions (or an electric whisk) until soft foam with air bubbles forms.
For a latte – heat your chosen plant-based beverage (oat, coconut, almond) and pour it over the prepared matcha.
